Fourth Annual Meeting of AWRN 

Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th September

Abstract Submission is Now Open

We are pleased to announce that abstract submission is now open for the upcoming Annual Meeting.

Monday 16th September 

The topic for day one is "Global Animal Welfare: International Collaboration, Funding and Global Challenges". This will include a range of talks from funding bodies and researchers with experience of working on international projects. In addition there will be speed networking, "Meet the Researcher" lunch and breakout groups (one of which will be aimed at Early Career Researchers) followed by a drinks event. You are invited to submit a plenary, standard talk and / or a breakout group for these sessions. 


Tuesday 17th September

The second day of the meeting will focus on "Novel Approaches in Animal Welfare Research". It will include sessions on "Behaviour Change Theory and Practice", "Microbiome and the Gut-Brain Axis" and "New Developments in Animal Welfare Science" and precedence will be given to talks on these topics. For day 2 you are invited to submit to present a plenary, standard talk, poster or parallel workshop session.
